Cancellation Policy
Your appointment and services are reserved personally just for you.
If you need to cancel, we require 24-hour notice in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
If canceled less than 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your booked appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment with a rebooking fee.
Covid-19 Policy
Safety guidelines we are following to keep everyone safe:
- Staff and guests will no longer be required to wear masks.
- We are routinely sanitizing common areas such as restrooms, waiting areas, and retail areas — and we are frequently sanitizing high-touch items such as doorknobs and countertops.
- Please reschedule your appointment if you are ill or experiencing Flu-like symptoms.
- Wash your hands regularly.
